Pros
- Good engineering practices - Competent management - Quality product foundation - Lean without being spartan - Great coworkers, positive and convivial environment - Plenty to do, but not overwhelming - Solid 410k match, 5 weeks PTO / year, 2 weeks remote / year - Growing customer base
Cons
- Narrow product focus in a competitive field - Some parts of some teams still finding their legs (is also an opportunity) - PTO, while generous, doesn't roll over, and does combine sick with vacation time.
