Pros

Fast-paced, innovative company. A lot of excitement internally about how we're disrupting the industry. Everyone is connected to all parts of the business and it keep everyone very engaged.

Cons

As with any startup - there's a lot of work to do (with that comes with a lot of rewards too!)

As at any startup - it's always a lot to do, but the job environment is motivating. Won't be a good fit for someone who's looking to work 9-5.
