Pros

Good company to be a part of, with great benefits and good organizational structure. Very team-oriented and mission-focused. An experienced open-door policy between employees and leadership (and ownership). Good company culture.

Cons

No vending machines in office space.

Pros

The 401k was very nice and the match was great ! It was a super short commute in stafford for me having lived nearby.

Cons

As others have mentioned, this place has the feel of a management heavy playground full of gossip. It will not matter how much you produce , once someone in management has taken a "dislike" to you in some fashion.
