By and large the people you work with are excellent , fun and trying to do a great job.

Cons

Ipsen global do not understand the UK Healthcare business model and expectations are too high leading to high turnover and increased stress.

A job is like a marriage you have to find the right partner for you. This is what I have found in IPSEN, a great partnership. Passionate team of people, decent benefits, nice projects, organic change, I happen to enjoy working within the French culture (I am not French) and this suits me well, I always know where I stand with my colleagues and managers. Good treatment of employees.

Cons

To ensure talent retention, wages may need revision due to the changing economic landscape and a very competitive pharmaceutical environment.
