      Pros

      Good location at Paddington. Nice offices with free snack and lunch. People actually have lunch in the kitchen area and not desk lunches.

      Cons

      Toxic company where bullies are allowed to impact the cross functional team. Senior leadership not taking responsibility. People are not team players and the whole place is run by fear of a few individuals.

      A completely difference experience

      Pros

      It was a very fast process and coordinate between areas, all the implicates were always open to help me and solve any question about the process

      Cons

      The time of preparation for the assessment was too short and put some extra pressure but it's good if you want to evaluate the candidate behave in this kind of situation.
