I was really impressed with how smooth the interview and onboarding process was at IPSEN. I knew about IPSEN before applying, and everything went smoothly. The HR and Hiring Manager were very supportive and understanding throughout. After I got selected, the onboarding process was meaningful. I’m really happy to be part of this great company.

Ipsen has very engaged teams, ready to tackle new challenges, and really passionate about their jobs. Cross-functional work is well established.

Cons

Ipsen has a good commercialized portfolio but the pipeline could be stronger, despite significant efforts in business development. This translates in a stronger focus on execution with the existing portfolio, that has transformed over time in generalized micro-management. A few examples: the commercial EVP asks for weekly KPI reports from every country, checks every travel plan in case of sales or internal seminars. The workload is massive because the entire transversal team and the entire reporting line are in charge of everything, and have to know every detail, with numerous KPIs and reporting meetings.
