      Pros

      some nice people work there and work very hard.

      Cons

      There is very much a "boys club" culture and mentality. There is no interest to listen to honest feedback despite "lip service" asking for such. Most things are driven from top down, right from Head Office. Nepotism is obvious. There is again lip service to wanting to develop internally but it never happens

      Cons

      Move to cambridge has caused disarray internally (i.e. a LOT of turnover) New US CEO Operates like a big pharma with limited to no resources, so people have to work long hours to meet unrealistic deadlines.

      Good salaries and benefits. Potential to make a difference with new treatment options.

      Cons

      Lack of long term vision. Everything is driven by profit and not what's best for patients. Some key senior management lack field coaching experience and let field sales team influence decision. New Management changed everything. Great potential to be a solid player but misses the mark in trying to replicate "Big" pharma model.
