      Pros

      - incredibly friendly colleagues and line managers - everyone is very welcoming and open. - the office atmosphere is pretty relaxed. i do not have the impression that unnecessary stress is placed on the employees. instead, employees are being motivated by positive factors. - the company is growing extremely quickly at the moment so now is actually the perfect time to join. - the business is constantly trying to transform itself

      Pros

      Best induction I have ever had at a company Great people everyone’s friendly A good Social club Very diverse for the local area. looks as if there are plenty of opportunities and even if you wanted to switch carriers once you are in.

      Cons

      Not many so far Better canteen, clearer pricing and should be subsidised more. Parking can be an issue
