Salary is fair. Diverse and expanding portfolio. Many friendly people

Cons

MSL Lead do not want to lead, but bossing. Like to see you being pushed to the limit and further, while faking empathy. Wants reports of everything you do and SMS you several times a day- beyond daily meetings. The person lack human management skills, and focus on nitty gritty details. Do not dear to confront you, but talks behind your back. I do not recommend- especially not, if you have some degree of working experience.

We strive to have an open feedback culture with the focus on the dialog and ideally with the designated people to retain the highest trust level in the organization. However, we no longer have an MSL Lead in the position in Stockholm. We encourage you to reach out to HR or General Manager so we can listen and address your concerns.
