Mid-sized pharma populated with intelligent, motivated people seeking to grow themselves and the company. Very invested in development and very action oriented. Nice interpersonal interactions, highly collaborative.
Cons
Heavy on process, sometimes necessary and sometimes not. People are more than willing to help, but you need to identify the needs and proactively reach out. Vacation time relatively limited (new policy).
