After joining IPSEN in 2022, I was recently promoted to a management role. In my department, I lead a major organizational transformation, which I am supported in from the top down with no conflicting agendas amongst the different stakeholders. I work daily with operational staff, directors and vice president level and supported to achieve realistic goals in order to do so.
