      Pros

      The Cambridge team is brilliant, people centered, and kind. Benefits and compensation is extremely competitive. Tons of opportunities for upward mobility and professional development.

      Cons

      The systems between the global and NA team need some ironing out. The workforce at Ipsen, like most of pharma, is very white and male dominated.

      Great colleagues, opportunities for matrix career with movement between functions/countries/local and global encouraged, continuous learning encouraged and supported, drive to improve and break down barriers, bold ambition to double in size in 10 years, and great attention to being patient centric and making a real difference to patients and society every day

      Lack of flexible working options (beyond hybrid working], pay frozen year on year, need more decision makers lower in the company

      Good Pay and Benefits short and long term

      Cons

      Toxic and negative environment Poor and incompetent Leadership, especially in USMA No pipeline, only two old products (one already generic) in LCM (oncology) Lack of long term strategy and vision Low level of experience and expertise in disease state, products and competitive landscape Very high turnover rate (over 20 MSLs in 3 years, some of them with less than 1 year at Ipsen. I would not recommend to anyone to join Field Medical Team at Ipsen at this moment
