Pros

Get paid pretty well for industry and at a point the products were good but they are getting old and with a limited pipeline and bad investment this is going. Relationship with global was improving but seems they are all leaving/have left now.

Cons

Terrible leadership, one way (down!). Very little commercial experience and even less people management across leadership team which is obvious. Not sure they even like each other.

-Beauracratic and ineffective systems and processes. -Poor product pipeline, unclear how the “bold promise” will be achieved. -No clear career progression pathway for ex-Paris employees. -Uninspiring and disempowering leadership that encourage bown-nosing as the only way to get ahead. -Highly demanding and unrealistic deadlines, with no reward or recognition for outstanding performance. -A general atmosphere of distrust and skapegoating.

some nice people work there and work very hard.

Cons

There is very much a "boys club" culture and mentality. There is no interest to listen to honest feedback despite "lip service" asking for such. Most things are driven from top down, right from Head Office. Nepotism is obvious. There is again lip service to wanting to develop internally but it never happens
