Pros

Good benefits - improving all the time Some very hard working talented people doing a lot of the work to make the company successful. Solid established brands with launch brand in exciting phase New Slough office is fantastic following refurb -a great environment

Cons

Thankfully two previous senior commercial leaders have been moved away from the UK business and the mood has changed palpably . The negative reviews on here are 90% valid over the last 2 years and not just poisonous ex employees . Some genuine talented people with extensive experience have left as they were marginalised bullied or quite simply weary of fighting a losing battle to do the right thing The ‘ restructure ‘ at the end of last year was not just a bit of a car crash but illegal and how certain individuals have got away with how people were treated is still something many of us have struggled with . A full HR review of what has gone on here and some rigorous training in HR policies amongst all managers from 1st line to Executive level should happen as redress for this . A women in leadership programme is being pushed ,for example, but if you are over 40 you were deemed past it by previous senior leaders . Young talent is fantastic and needed but a mix is what makes the optimum organisation . Diversity is not just about your gender but also race , age , sexual orientation - basic HR knowledge for most of us ! The good news is there’s a real positive feel around new senior UK leadership so expect to see real progress and a change in reviews on IPSEN . It’s has so much potential -

Pros

Talented and engaged people on lower layers

Cons

Managers are more often worried about their own carrier and benefits instead of correctly managing their team. Huge difference between ethical values communicated, and values that are applied... Too much mid-managers. No one wants to take any clear decision, fearing about being fired at the first error... Paradoxically, some of them are just good for mistakes and errors, but are still here...
