This website allows people to air their views on companies they have worked for, and while I agree that the reviews for Ipsen especially in Slough have been extremely negative, this reflects peoples individual experience. One contributor who is obviously well in with the correct clique said ex employees were 'poisonous' which is rubbish because these are individual experiences not a coordinated campaign. It is a very political cliquey culture and has been like this for 4 years. The people that were made redundant/sacked/resigned were not all bad at there jobs, generally they did not fit or enjoy the culture created by the senior management. I am in contact with people who are still there and sadly despite some of the ultra positive reviews the it has not changed and people are still generally unhappy.

Can meet very nice people, committed and talented

Cons

VP and SVPs layers unabling decision making, High politics conflicts, Many coming from mega companies and applying same processes while Ipsen is small and agility is key. Products old with too many emphasis on new molecules rather than LCM, New technology for administering, enabling home hospitalisation, and closing eyes from competition rather than beating them!
