Corrupt and Unethical Company

Pros

There are no pros other than working remotely and having no commute.

Cons

This is an unethical company. HR will move to terminate you if you approach them about disabilities. There is no feedback, and HR will forge your signature to sign off on feedback, performance reviews, etc., which you have not even been approach with.

Pros

Remote working is offered. That is the one and only positive.

Cons

They mislead you during interviews, which can result in a lawsuit. The company is only concerned about bringing in more and more clients without onboarding any new employees. They will burn you out faster than the first interview takes. Upper Management is aware, but does not mention it to anyone. Tech is horrible. Bonuses are laughable at 10% when they want you to work 80 hour weeks. Turnover is the highest I've ever seen it at any company.
