I found IQTech Pros after I was laid off from a start-up, looking for a company that would sponsor my H1B transfer before finding me a project. IQ tech pros turned out to be one of the very(very very very very) few that do this, and do it very well. 1. Legal- H1b and other legal paperwork handled by the exceptional Murthy law firm. 2. Marketing- Great resume marketing, you wouldn't be receiving hundreds of unknown calls from unknown numbers- just 3-5 precisely matched opportunities. 3. Payroll- The company has great accountants who understand the tax laws, and help you keep more of what you earn. I've been in companies that offer free breakfast, free lunches and free whatnot, but tax-breaks like this trump anything that other companies offer. (May not be applicable to everyone, please discuss with the Career Manager in detail) 4. Work- They find you a great project and stay out of your way. You're also encouraged to do part-time and freelance jobs on the side ... 5. Payment- Financially strong & stable, they always pay on time.
