      People of iqtechpros must have posted these 5 star reviews. They don't even deserve 1 star. IQTECHPROS will make you sign agreements and if you won't read each and every line of the agreement carefully and u sign it..u will fall into their trap. When u leave iqtechpros..they won't pay you your pending salaries ..stating that you have a 5000$ agreement with them that u cant leave the company before 3 years. Trust me don't file ur h1b through them.. A complaint should be filled against IQ TECH PROS.

      Pros

      Very good consulting company. Pays on time! Consultants are typically free to choose their own jobs. Company typically does not force consultants to take jobs / projects against their will. (there could be exceptions in case your bench duration has really been long, or in case you are new to the company). Once you are able to build a rappo, you can work tension-free for this company. As long as you are billable, they aren't really nosy! THE VISA ATTORNEY IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST!!!! Highly recommended company for those who have an "independent consulting" mindset, and are able to search for the projects by themselves.

      Cons

      Payroll department is not very responsive! Maybe they need more resources! Paystubs get generated on time though, but if you have any queries or need some changes, you wont get responses even after multiple follow-ups. Marketing dept is not very strong. You will get little help from them on your job search! But if they find a job for you, it would really be a good fit for your profile. You may make 10 submissions by yourself on a particular day, but only 1 or none through them.
