I enjoy every aspect of my position. Great leadership is reflected in attitude and the attitude in the office is exceptional. Its easy to find a job, but it is another to find a career that you love. Management in the office is efficient without being burdensome. The CEO is a modern intellectual that knows exactly what it takes to run a successful company, and it is proven through his vision in his companies. He knows how to lead and knows when to teach. It is rare to find an employer who can elevate others around him to a level that is beyond their potential. As great bosses go, he's up there.
IQ Tech Pros understands the balance between work and leisure and promotes a healthy outlook on every day life. In turn, it makes for happier employees and greater work product. Only the best are recruited and vetted for positions at IQ Tech which in turn gives us a lot of pride to produce and maintain the high level of work that is expected and I have no problem with that!
