      Flexibility to choose projects as you desired Preparation for interviews Understand consultant situation and encourage them to find great opportunity locally Positive effort taken towards individual consultant’s progress Encourage consultants to add more qualification to their skill set. (PMP or IIBA certifications)

      Cons

      Build direct client relationships, which will tremendously help the consultants.

      Pros

      Easy, pleasant, thoughtful marketing. Feels that the guys have a great desire and effort to develop and maintain long-term relationships. Most of my concerns have been satisfied. In my case, in the process of working with this company, my annual income more than doubled to 120, 000 to 240, 000.

      Cons

      There were paperwork delays sometimes.

      I have been working at IQ Tech Pros for almost 2 years now and I have felt that my issues were not resolved in time. Friendly people always ready to listen.

      Cons

      Commissions are a little lower than market.
