I worked for SSON, our managing director liked to preach that they advocated for their employees, but I was let go, through no fault of my own per their words, after bad training and no real support for the new role I was taking on. Also, there is zero work/life balance despite being able to work from home 2 days a week, my team was exhausted and upper management did not care.

I think IQPC is a great fit for people who are ambitious, commercially minded, and enjoy taking ownership of their work. It's a fast-paced environment where you'll learn a lot, be challenged, and have the opportunity to make a real impact from an early stage. It's also a very team-oriented and supportive culture, with people working closely together and helping each other succeed. That said, the pace isn't for everyone. If you prefer a slower-paced role or a highly structured environment with lots of direction, you may find it challenging. But if you enjoy being pushed outside your comfort zone, learning quickly, and being part of a collaborative, high-energy team, you'll probably thrive here.
