The benefits are great, and if you can survive in a workplace just on that then this company is for you. I can't speak for all departments, but I can say that if you love being micromanaged and baby-sat, this is the place for you. Respect? You'll get it from some, not from others. Surely a disappointment from what I thought would be a place I could work for a long time.

very bad management they are not having clear policies Even after getting selection call they can call you for HR round and their they can take your another technical interview without prior information to you.and will not give you offer letter First two rounds nothing asked from technical part They can give you reason for a long wait for offer letter like they are thinking on their budgets People talk about high values but didn't respect those at all Its not sure they will give you offer letter even they called you earlier about you are selected
