1. Different Tech Stack even though it is a healthcare product-based MNC 2. Compensation is good in comparison with other players in the same domain 3. Depending on the project you'll get opportunity to learn a lot

Cons

1. The organization and the management are used to so well in terms of work-life balance, quality of the work, appraisals, bonuses, recognition, etc. but not anymore. At least the time left the organization, don't know how it is now 2. The Work-Life Balance is a Myth for Software Developer at least people who are working under AI/ Data Domaine as a Python Developer.
