      Pros

      Great company with great people when you find the right team. Most employees in the US are either remote or hybrid.

      Cons

      IQVIA doesn’t know software development. With it being a clinical data company the focus is on process and red tape, not on producing products. The failures of other groups and organizations negatively impact compensation and advancement for profitable teams.
