Pros

There are opportunities for department changes and to move laterally.

Cons

The parts that made Quintiles a great company are being suctioned away for profit. Great people are leaving and/or being pushed out. Training is automated and mentorship is no longer advertised. Work/life balance is not focused on. No bonuses/no reward system/ removing anniversary programs for donations to charity.

There’s a good design system.

Cons

High turnover. Random assignments with random deadlines. No user research. All the designers on my team were actively searching for other jobs. It was such a toxic environment. Oh and they are known to underpay so please look for work elsewhere.
