IQVIA reviews

I was originally part of the Cegedim buyout 2 years ago. They weren't that great to work for, but so far this place is no better. Quite a few positions were off shored or eliminated. The work life balance is terrible. I love having management tell us it's expected we work Christmas eve and new years eve 3 days before the holiday. It was pretty much known if you refused then sooner or later you would have been on the chopping block. At the end of the day the higher ups are just concerned about increasing profits for stakeholders not the employees.
