      Pros

      Great opportunities for growth for less experienced resources. Often identifies as great training ground for resources.

      Cons

      Doesn't have a great worklife balance and many of the great employee benefits of old are no more. Not overly diversified as in senior management or executive opportunities for African Americans.

      Flexible work schedules, good health and retirement benefits

      Cons

      Company is always acquiring companies and not investing in the teams and products they already have. No focus on the employees. Raises are minimal and bonuses are typically a joke. Compensation is not evaluated based on the type of job you do, but is pre-determined by upper management with an attitude of this is what you get.
