Pros

The work environment isn't bad, they have a decent break room, the other employees are nice to work with. The management isn't the worst I've experienced in my 20+ years of working.

Cons

They haven't given raises for 7 years, the pay is low for the type of work. They use an archaic system of hundreds of Excel spreadsheets instead of investing in a system that could update easily and efficiently. The management acts relaxed but they are only wanting people to stay and continue to be overworked and used with marginal benefits at best.

Horrible, horrible CTMS, expense reports and other software. Over allocation and long hours, lots of stress
