      Nightmare- If you are aggressive and arrogant this is the place for you

      Pros

      Training is very good Benefits are decent

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. Aggressive, arrogant management who blame everyone but themselves for anything that goes awry. No opportunities unless you are a manager pet They are in denial and think because they are at the top of their game now it will last forever which causes them to dismiss anything their employees say and wander around in a cloud of their own egoism blind and deaf. I believe they pay people or give another benefit to put a good review on here as I haven't met a happy person there yet after 3 years.

      Pros

      Virtual monopoly on Rx data protects market share in core business of pharma sales force effectiveness. Slow pace makes for good work/life balance. Logo has nice range of blue colors.

      Cons

      IMS is slow to move and reluctant to invest in new technologies which means they are not successful at penetrating new markets. There is a disconnect between strategy and execution which causes morale issues. A move towards off-shoring and driving down wages means top talent is scarce.
