Best Homebased network with good IT support Flexible work environment with good Family-Life Balance Great Line Managers Good equipment provided and refreshed

Cons

Good Senior Mgt is Lacking Pay is not Competitive with other Top 3 CROs Bonus the past couple of years is low or non-existent Too many new systems rolled out without proper pilot-testing like they used to Not enough F2F meetings. There used to be many more. Not enough company sponsored events unless you are at HQ office.
