      Not a bad company to work for

      Pros

      IQVIA has a great company culture as well as work/life balance, unlimited PTO, all the benefits etc. If you have questions or need help from any team they are always there to assist you.

      Cons

      One major con of theirs is the pay. The yearly merit increases aren’t enough & it doesn’t make a difference when the insurance goes up also. If you want a job that pays above average then I suggest looking elsewhere.

      Work life balance is manageable, hybrid working available, opportunities to travel globally

      Cons

      Pay is lower than industry Benefits are horrible - 1. 6 weeks paid for maternity leave, not livable after going through a life changing event. If you plan to have children while working at IQVIA, make sure you have a partner or other support who can take financial burden, because IQVIA will not help you. 2. Health insurance is extremely expensive and still not good - copays and OOP are high even with the lowest deductible plan. We should expect better from a healthcare company
