      - Respected CRO in the industry - If you get a good line manager, the support is wonderful. - Fair pay and decent benefits - Culture is decent

      - Large CRO and hard to navigate at times - Lots of competition for promotional roles - Communication is challenging

      Pros

      I personally did not have any pros when working with IQVIA. I found them very aloof and not considerate of employees.

      Cons

      Multiple mistakes on mine and my co-workers paychecks. Feels like trying to move a mountain when you ask them to resolve the issue. I will put up with a lot to my detriment but I do not put up with multiple mistakes on paychecks.

      Pros

      Some managers are helpful and very responsive and supportive.

      Cons

      No opportunities to grow. Some managers consistently add more of a workload without increasing merit or compensation. Job titles of employees do not match the work actually being performed. Management expects the team to work over time and is not respectful of work-life balance.
