Great team, but overloading of work

-team is fantastic -so many people are willing to help you out -solid onboarding process

Cons

-overworked like crazy -a lot of the business developers overpromise to clients and proposal developers are stuck trying to do a whole project in 3 days, when it would usually take about 7 -lots of overtime without overtime pay

Work from home and enjoyable coworkers who were willing to teach and assist new employees.

Cons

Work was outsourced after 8 months and many of us were let go. Onboarding was not efficient and rushed. I never spoke to a manager in the 8 months I was there.

Cons

Certain departments overwork their staff because there isn’t enough headcount. I think turnover is so high that they can’t keep a reasonable headcount.
