      Pros

      The culture at IQVIA is the best I have ever experienced. I have worked for multiple CROs and Pharma companies, and the people at IQVIA are the asset. They really are truly respectful of one another. Great career opportunities, multiple opportunities to move across different divisions within the company. Management actively support career growth and development. Hard work is rewarded. What you put in you get out in IQVIA.

      Cons

      Salary could be better, it is not the most competitive base salary in the industry. But there are multiple other financial benefits, which do add up.

      Pros

      You can Work from home anytime. That is the only positive thing I saw in this company.

      Cons

      1. Manager used to shout at me during meetings 2. Manager used to assign me 10 days task and pressurize me to complete it in 2 days. Otherwise he used to shout at me in front of all other employees. 3. Late night work and long working hours due to unrealistic deadlines 4. Internal politics. Who ever employee ready to please manager gets the promotions.
