While serving probation, you need to be more attentive; otherwise, they might extend your probation and eventually terminate you. For permanent employees, they continuously monitor quarterly progress (through Jira tickets). If you show less effort, they will start pressuring you and may eventually ask you to resign, or else they will terminate your employment.

They are the cheapest company! In the 10 years that I worked there we did not get an increase in our car allowance, internet or salary (2% yr at best).despite unbelievable increase in responsibilities, territory size and number of drugs we worked with.Also no increase in vacation time either for years of service. KPI's difficult to obtain and unrealistic without working 60+ hours weekly. Terrible management that does not believe that the nurses are overworked!! They have too much fat at the top. Too many managers. Don't need to have 2 managers for a team of 10 nurses. Micromanaged to death now!!! They don't want to hear what is wrong with this program. They took a good program and destroyed it!!!
