Even with excellent review ratings, your raise will be below the standard 3% cost of living. *After working here for 6 years, the perks and benefits continue to decrease dramatically. Bonuses are 30% of what they once were; insurance has gotten worse and more expensive; computer, physical activity, and other reimbursements all eliminated. All this while the stock price of the company has doubled. *Once you get here, there will not be increases in your compensation, only decreases (in the form of increased our of pocket costs).
