Too many to list - tone-deaf executives (all overpaid), terrible bonuses and raises, and awful benefits. The execs crow about the high stock price but there's no employee stock purchase program. I was doing my job and my former manager's for more than 5 years. And after 8+ years, I got a mere two-week severance. It's a multibillion company that does not care one bit about its employees. They quietly fire continuously to avoid the WARN Act. It was a good company when it was Quintiles but no more. And top sales and business leaders NEVER action the insights we would get from clients.
