Somewhat flexible for wfh but totally depends on your manager

Cons

They are currently forcing people to come to office. In iQVIA biotech they don't have proper documents and as a DM you have to manage minimum 6 maximum 10 studies. There is no opportunity to learn anything new. You will be only reviewing SAS and J review listings along with vendor recon.
