      Pros

      Good to have joined IMS Health Global Delivery Center while it is still in its growing phase. The company organized an initial training of 15 days which introduced the length and breadth about the organizations core data assets and various Centres of Excellance. With this it made clear of what work is being carried out and how I as an individual shall contribute. The best part about the company is recruiting resources that are best fit for the purpose they would serve. The company has good growth prospects and enables an individual with requisite resources for personal as well as collective growth. Various cross trainings are held as and when required.

      Cons

      Offsites for employees should be held for a better work life balance.

      Pros

      Best work environment. Enormous learning opportunities. Very supportive team and managers. Feel like family. Work from home facility. Generous vacation time. Bonuses are good. Horizontal growth in my unit is very good.

      Cons

      As a single person now I don't have complain on salary. But I have to move on as my family is putting pressure for taking care of study loans. If i had to take decision and didn't have to think about it, I would never leave. Zero retention. I know from my colleagues that when I put my paper they will never negotiate my CTC. It is going on since few months as more and more talented people upto senior level are leaving. I don't know why they said that QIndia is there most focus in a recent conference here. Vertical growth is time taking but its common in every organisation. No other con in this company.

      Pros

      Access to many clients Some talented individuals on the payroll.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership throughout the organisation. No corporate direction is communicated. Lack of real career opportunities. Organisational silos where self interest is more important than the client or overall business. Poor bonus scheme.Cheap! Bottom line is everything. Unless you are at VP grade you do not matter. No feeling of being part of something special or important.Amazing considering healthcare is the business!
