      Pros

      Lower level management are a great group of folks. Always willing to help each other out. Politics at the lower levels is minimum. No real need for it since there is so little chance for advancement.

      Cons

      Truly "dead weight at the Sr management level. They constantly criticize Account Directors for not having enough "relationships" at the clients yet they have none of their own. Way too much of a "my way or the highway" mentality, Sr Management riddled with the wrong people in the wrong positions.

      Pros

      Excellent company self representation always portays the best. Impressive promotion and marketing of the company and initiatives.

      Cons

      Appearances are everything. Company culture went from very positive to an atmosphere of blaming. The company feels like just any other large corporation. My rating of 2 stars is based on how good the company was (I would have given a 5 rating just five years ago.
