Benefits are okay if you can stick around for long enough.

Cons

Dull, bureaucratic, life-draining (just check out the strategy map, which must exist solely to justify the existence of a horde of detail-nerds with no real understanding of business). Nepotism is rife - and you won't survive if you express an alternate opinion. Ideas are not valued until they've been submitted in triplicate and regurgitated by someone in the clique. Limited career-progression opportunities. Floundering without proper leadership.

Pros

Great environment to learn about the pharmaceutical world, clinical research and how important drug development means to our health. Wonderful staff from executive level to all support staff. Company that use to believe in people and their work life balance(work at home and flexible schedules).

Cons

Support staff don't get same development training that management, sales and clinical research staff are afforded. MASS LAYOFFS!!!
