      Pros

      Can spend the rest of my life in this company. Right from inception to the end of the process is very much easy and ably supported by buddy, mentor-mentee programs.

      Cons

      Not came across any cons as of yet. An unbelievable place to start and build a career. I love working at Quintiles; so far it has been a great learning experience. I feel I am truly going to grow from this experience.

      Pros

      Excellent company, good benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Training available to all employees. Good technology infrastructure for employees (Intranet) and also industry (their Infosario brand platform which has won numerous awards). You can feel good about the work you do because the services contribute to making people healthier - improving people's lives. Nice onsite services at headquarters location (big cafe, onsite medical) and you can even go up to that nice rooftop patio!

      Cons

      With the large size of the company, culture is often department by department or location by location. The atmosphere can be very political at times.

      Pros

      Good for juniors, people managers. You can love your work, and you will get encouragement from Onsite. Good for core employees, but not IT solutions

      Cons

      Needed to learn being manager's pet. Offshore management will not take responsibility of motivating. Employees work for onsite, but performance is measured by offshore many cases they are not right persons to judge. HR & Finance team should be trained to update their capabilities not only in cutting costs, but also how employees can save from their earning instead of paying more taxes. like introducing tax saving perks
