Great people to work with, a very mature environment with no micro-management The recent merger with IMS (now QuintilesIMS) will add yet another string to the bow Management have taken stock of previous views and thoughts on the Clinical side of the business - staff were historically being asked to do too much with too little. Things are changing with some interesting new incentives and plans for retaining and developing the talent. As the No.1 CRO (in size) in the market Q has previously not been the highest payer, management have worked on this over the last 2 years and employees have seen many out of cycle salary amendments

Huge business so takes a while to get things moving Systems - Although now investing the systems internally are somewhat wanting
