This company is not to be recommended. The hierarchy and organization is huge. Changes happening is the result of some decisions made by people without or knowledge. The quality of research is the area which is impacted the most by wrong decision.

Pros

Big multinational company, managers very friendly and supportive. Young friendly colegues. There is some opportunities for growth as lots of people are moving to another job, traveling etc. Lots of charity events. Private healthcare and pension.

Cons

Low-ish salary (on positions below senior/managers), first 20h of overtime not paied. Too much unnecessary trainings on the beggining and later not enough project specific trainings. Very busy most of the time.
