      Flex time, ability to work from home, benefits are good

      Exec mgmt does not walk their talk Everyone is more concerned about looking good, rather than doing what is right Even when it is made known where there are issues, it is glossed over and 'softened' so looks good to the board, rather than tackling issues themselves to improve Employees are nothing more than tools, used to achieve targets, morale & motivation is low Job shipping overseas opens door for communication and quality issues
