      Pros

      Great benefits. Able to work my own hours. I definitely have work/life balance. I am not in sales, but in the HMS division. Company has a great reputation in Pharma.

      Cons

      My Project Lead (my manager's manager) is awesome. He was an outside hire. However, many in management, including my current manager seem to lack compassion for their employees. It's contract work, so depending if the sponsor wants to renew a contract can determine the fate of your career at Quintiles.

      8 hrs only..gud learning experience, gud training...gud food..gud pantry.

      Cons

      The team leads are not guud..not eligible...no respect for individual..bad culture..no promotion..no incentive

      Pros

      Some of the people were nice. Location, salary and hours were just about the only pros. And the cafeteria food was good.

      Cons

      Everything else... Workload, departmental communication, support, encouragement, teamwork...All cons. Manager seemed to have zero managerial experience. Looks rosy from the outside, very negative and unpleasant on the inside.
