      Great place to work but getting progressively worse

      Great benefits, good line managers. Good job prospects. Job descriptions are well defined and there is plenty of support for whatever task you are performing

      Cons

      Facilities in Berrington building are embarrassing. Work is being piled onto employees since the company went public again. Work-life balance is not good currently though it used to be great

      Company is providing its employees with training schemes very often. There is room for great career development and progression. Senor management is generally very well trained and helpful.

      Cons

      Not very good starting salaries for opportunities concerning the bottom of the pyramid. Sometimes there is not a good balance between work and life as you need to take work home to be competent.
