      Pros

      Good salary, great benefits, good work-life balance. Nice colleagues and work environment. Hands-off management style.

      Cons

      Huge variety of offerings and services, large number of employees can feel a bit intimidating. Hard to see the impact you make as an individual and that reduces job satisfaction a bit. Slow progression is probably the biggest issue.
