Pros
There is nothing to tell as such.(1 thing the management will say we provide cafeteria as there 1 of the pros - this is the only place i have heard such downgrade remarks from managment)
Cons
1. No Hike. 2. you work for 24 hrs a day the management will say can you work another 2 hrs more. 3. NO appreciation of your work. 4. Even after completing all you r assigned tasks you can't go anywhere sit in one place till manager leaves.
