      Pros

      The salary and bonus are good.

      Cons

      Deceptive, non-transparent, cut throat leadership. This is one of the most unhealthy places I've ever worked. The Sr. leaders are only interested in saving their jobs in the upcoming merger. They do not care anything about their people or the work we do. It's a horrible place to work.

      Pros

      Industry leader, almost monopoly. Data sets for specialty markets are the best. Doors generally open as clients need IMS data.

      Cons

      West Coast Mgmt. team is dishonest, horrid, unprofessional & brash. Very political, there is "management supervision" not leadership.

      Bright developers. Extremely intelligent and nice VP.

      Cons

      Quantity over quality -- the Seattle branch grew from 30 to over 200 devs in two years. A manager was favoring a large number of bugs as a means to convince upper management that more employees need to be hired. Worst ever location -- far from most suburbs in the greater Seattle area, at zero altitude and feet-close to a heavy cargo railway that provides plane parts to a airplane manufacturer. Traffic is clogged and if you don't leave work at 3:30PM or 7:30PM your commute home takes hours. When it rains (and it does most of the time in Seattle) streams of water pour down to this location. Should you try to walk up the hill to take a bus, you will be pacing knee-deep in water. Some devs left the company due to its unreachability. Years ago the company was nominated as one of the best place to work in WA. In the latest Best Places To Work in WA, they are not among the first 300 companies.
